The X-Pose is an upper body strength exercise that involves you balancing on your arms in an inversion supported in the Yoga Trapeze or Ariel Trapeze. Inversions are a great way for building upper body strength and confidence. I offer Yoga Trapeze classes on my retreats and in the summer months outdoors in nature.
